Excellent recipe for pork chops! The breading made almost twice as much as I needed, and could have gotten by with 2 eggs for sure. I had three large chops almost 2'' thick.
Definitely used the suggestion from other commenters and placed chops in flour first, then egg mixture, then italian coating. Created a thick coating that stuck amazingly well@
Also, I did not remove the garlic (pressed mine) but just pan fried the chops on top the garlic, no problem. Then transfered chops to a glass baking dish to bake in the oven. Worked with no issues at all. Very moist and tasty!
