Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Excellent recipe for pork chops! The breading made almost twice as much as I needed, and could have gotten by with 2 eggs for sure. I had three large chops almost 2'' thick. Definitely used the suggestion from other commenters and placed chops in flour first, then egg mixture, then italian coating. Created a thick coating that stuck amazingly well@ Also, I did not remove the garlic (pressed mine) but just pan fried the chops on top the garlic, no problem. Then transfered chops to a glass baking dish to bake in the oven. Worked with no issues at all. Very moist and tasty!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Just like the side dish of broccoli you receive at steak houses (like LoneStar)! I even set the oven temp down to 325 degrees because I was baking pork chops at the same time, and it didn't seem to matter. I just baked the broccoli a bit longer than recommended. I'd go light on the lemon juice, though. Just a few squirts was more than enough.
