Husband's Delight

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
i used this recipe and my family loved it im not real big on sour cream but it was very good. i added extra noodle and i did put the noodles on the bottom so they did not burn or get crunchy and it kept the noodles loose and tasty. lol!! i also put some other cheesed in it some parm some shredded and i also used tom sauce instead of the tom. dices. its a good dish but not one of my favs it was also very simple to make...

Sirloin with Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
this is a very very good dish the sauce is a little thin and i tried to use milk butter flour and other items but it never thickened up. its also a little bland and i couldnt figure out what to put in it to kick it up a little bit id ont like anything spicy so it makes it a little bit complicated to find something to spice it up so to speak. but i did put 1/2cup of butter in it and a some s-n-p but once again it is a good dish i would just would have like to have the shrooms to have a lttle bit more of a taste

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
this is an amazing recipe! i suggest u double up on the shrimp and add some extra mushrooms unless u put some other kind of veggie in it i have done double mushrooms and i have also done broccolli w it. i also put a dash of pesto in it just to give it a little bit more of a kick, but i would def double up on the shrimp bc that was the first part of it to go lol! but its amazing and has a wonderful taste. i always make the dinner at night for th next day and its even amazing when warmed up.

Cream of Tomato Soup with Pesto

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
absoultely amazing i used this entire recipe the only thing i changed was that i changed was that i used a cup of whipped cream instead of the half and half. my 10 yr old son is a vegetarian and loves the tom. soup he cant tell it has chicken broth in it something u can change to have a richer taste (even though i dont do it if my son eats it) is that u can use chix stock instead of broth. this soup is amazing w french bread to dip or croutons in it if u like the bread in it. the pesto gives it an extra kick this is the first thing i have ever cooked off of here and its a must try.....
