Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

Last year I made this for some party. Everyone LOVED it! They keeped asking me the same two questions, "How did you make this?" and "Where in the world did you get this recipe?". So I told them to look up this, Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream, so they can enjoy it at their house too!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

I only had one, small, problem. The brown sugar. That is the only thing that threw me off. But othaer than that it was great.

Easy Tootsie Rolls

It was very good but I had a few problems. I don't know if it was me or the recipe but, it was too dry. I needed to put more corn syrp in it. My other problem was that it was very messy, and always stuck to my hands. The final problem was trying(and still is trying to) make them into small peices. I tried them in the refrid. but I only have a few seconds to shape them.

Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

Great recipe! I just mix everything in the pan on the counter, not over heat, and when cook it, the heat is medium-high (but, hey, it's just me). For those who made it and it came out soupy, cook it until it's really, REALLY thick, almost lumpy. Trust me, I've made it for a while now, and the last few tries it has become soupy, but I just made it two days ago, and making it so thick it's kinda lumpy makes it. Have ALL faith in my suggestion, because it will come out smooth (when you eat it).

Good doggie treats! My dogs LOVE them! It took awhile to melt the peanut butter, and the plate got too hot to touch. I don't mind making it, and easy to make.

Easy, Eggless Strawberry Ice Cream

The family LOVED this! Can grow strawberries to save $$$ if you'd like. Very pleased that there was no chunks, and if I did put chunks in, I'd pick the chunks out. Yummy recipe for the summer!

Best Egg Rolls

Very easy to make. A trick for cooking this recipe in oil: put in 3 at a time to cook fast. I let the meat rest a night, and made it easy to do the dishes! I was planning to make the wrappers, but I didn't want a huge mess. This is a recipe that doesn't make more than 8 if you use a 1/4 of a cup for the carrots, lettuce/cabbage, and meat mixutre. Good for parties with knowing it came from you kitchen!

This recipe is REALLY good! It is really nice with organic, freshly picked and washed rasberries. A sweet taste fore everyone! You will get extra, so beware!

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

This is a wonderful icecream recipe! I usually don't put in the chocolate chips because I put them in too early! Sometimes put in a little extra peppermint extract for more minty flavor. Great recipe overall, I give it a two thumbs up!

Slow Cooker Carnitas

This is great! Juicy, but lacking SOME flavor. I totally suggest adding BBQ sauce, hot sauce, etc. to it just to kick up the flavor. I had it without any flavoring and I thought it was pretty good. I know for sure that I will make it again in the future!

Overnight Eggnog French Toast

This is a very, VERY good recipe, but I did make some changes. Due to being gluten-free (no flour), I used 2 loaves of "Three Baker's" gluten-free bread. I know it seems a lot of bread, but the loaves/slices of bread are fairley small, and I wanted to fill the glass pan. This recipe makes a GREAT Christmas Day brekfast!

My family LOVES this! Quoting my brother, "It tastes like it came from a restaurant!" I might consider using sweet onions as a trick. Maybe I'll experiment this with the slow cooker, too! Highly suggest, and can see making it agian! As for me, it is great. Personally, I prefer it without onions, but, hey, that's just me.

This is a great recipe, weather for parties, or just for dinner at home. I do have some HELPFUL HINTS for some. 1.) Don't have bacon/don't want to waste your time cooking & waiting for the bacon to be ready? You can use bacon bits. Although smaller, they are handy so you CAN say you've put bacon in. 2.) If you don't have raisins, both raisins and grapes (grapes would need to be cut in half the shorter way) can work as well. 3.) Apple cider vinegar can replace the white wine vinegar.

Gluten Free Red Velvet Cake

I am sorry to say, but this recipe did not come out to red velvet. Yes, I followed it to the T, but it just didn't come out. It may be my fault, but the cake didn't come out red, so I assume it is my fault because I didn't have 1 ounce of red food coloring (I only had 0.3 ounces, and squeezed EVRYTHING I could out of the tube). The coco powder, vanilla extract, and red food coloring didn't come out as a paste that I though it would. This was my second recipe trying to make gluten-free red velvet cake, and a second failure making an actual red velvet cake. Will not make again... (Sorry, ktonks!!!)
