Grilled Chicken with Herbs

UNBELIEVABLE!! Tender and tasty....and nice and light! I had to scale the recipe for 2 servings, but it turned out to be outstanding. I paired this with a baby greens salad topped with the Raspberry Vinegarette dressing from this site for a delicious meal. Thanks Robyn, I will be using this again!!

Mama Corleone's Sausage and Peppers

This is fantastic and EASY!! I made this last minute with ingredients that I had on had....ground Italian sausage, red & yellow peppers. The only thing I did different was sub "No Yolks" for the spaghetti....I sprinkled crushed red pepper on my dish to add a bit of kick..awesome easy meal....Thanks Surfwench!!!!!

Garlic Crab Legs

The first time I made this, I was confused about sauteeing the legs in the butter because I thought that it would be too messy to break them open...I was right. The flavor is nice, but it was a pain. I will continue to make it this way, but unshell the meat before the sautee. The corn came out sooo tasty as well. My hub, 5 year old AND picky teens even enjoyed this, corn and all...and that says a lot!! Thanks Robyn for the recipe.

Kabob Marinade

YUM! I made this with both chicken and beef. I skewered the meats (seperatly) on skewers, and the veggies, green, red, & yellow peppers and red onion, on seperate skewers so that the veggies didn't burn, they came out sooo tender and tasty. I was leary about the mustard, but they turned out great, Thank u so much Jon!!!!

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

The best popper recipe EVER! I had to use swiss cheese instead of cheddar because my husband doesn't like cheddar. If you like the heat, add the seeds and membrane (to your liking) to the cheese mixture. Also, I like to add garlic powder to the flour....can't go wrong there. This is a HUGE request for football season...as my hub has the guys over for EVERY game. Fabulous!! Thanks Heather.

Yellow Squash Casserole

Fantastic! I made this on a whim for my picky in-laws and they loved it (as did my 15 year old picky daughter)! My neighbor gives me half of his "yellow squash crop" and this is the perfect way to use it up. This would be awesome at a brunch! Thanks Rosalie!

This is an excellent recipe for blueberry pancakes! My 4 year old and I made these for dinner tonight, and he put in the whole tbsp of sugar, and I doubled the blueberries...mmmmm. He said that they were deeewicious! Thanks Alison for the submission!

Amish Macaroni Salad

Just what I was looking for! I chopped a dill pickle, skipped the sugar altogether and actually forgot to add the vinegar (oops). I also sliced the egg on top of the salad sprinkled with a bit of paprika sorta like a garnish. Oh and to take the edge off of the "miracle Whip" I subbed about a 1/4 cup of sour cream. YUM! Spinach Dip in Pumpernickel

This went over great on Moms day! I didn't bake it, so I cut the parm cheese (tee-hee) down to about a 1/4 cup. I had a 10 oz bag of fresh spinach that I chopped very fine and didn't cook (to lazy to drain) and it was perfect. I also served it with a variety of crackers, which brought rave reviews. Next time I will double the pimentos as they were tasty! Thank you very much Julie!
