My boys wanted pumpkin pie, but I didn't feel like making a crust and had no frozen ones. This turned out very good, nice and creamy. I read Betsy's review about the evaporated milk and only used a half can. Yum...thanks Betsy.

Oooooh, talk about comfort food...stick to your ribs good. I did the gravy packet suggestion (thank-you), using 1 cup of the potato water and I think that next time I will skip the flour because I love the gravy and the ketchup, because as my son said...it had a "sloppy joe" taste. I also used frozen peas and carrots (defrosted). In the potatoes I subbed garlic for the onion. Thanks for the recipe Jacquie....my sons loved this!

I loved the fact that this used brown rice because I love it. I added a whole can of vege broth and had no problem with undercooked rice. I also added cilantro, because I love it and I wanted a little more color in the dish. Thanks for the tasty side Alison.

WOW, these were great! If I can get my kids to eat spinach...its a five star. They loved these. I used fresh spinach...didn't cook it, but chopped it in my food processor and then mixed it with the other ingredients as per the recipe. I also used cottage cheese in this and it was fantastic. I love homemeade pizzas not only because I am able to prepare them myself, but because I know what conditions that they are cooked under...lol. This is a very good recipe for both the dough and the sauce, I do however think that this dough IS better when rolled into a 14 inch double dough pizza vs. the 2 12 inch pies (baked the same time as the recipe states for the 12"). I tripled this and let everyone make their own, with the exemption of hubby & his buddy watching f-ball, whose was the 14 inch which I loaded with every ingredient imaginable and the crust held it all without a problem (no limpiness). It rolled nicely and didn't stick...which is a plus to me. It did sorta lack something (spice wise)...not sure what, but I will absolutely make it again and figure that one out. I had no complaints on the sauce at all....actually I was a little leery because it started out spaghetti sauce like, but thickened really well, and tasted delish. My 5 year old rolled and topped his own pizza and had a blast doing it. Thanks for the great recipe Mike I got 5 stars all around.

Good bread. I had the problem of it unrolling while slicing too. I skipped the chopped onion and subbed powdered onion in it's place...for the kids' sake. A little dense, but tasty none the less. I will take the advise of all the reviewers(thanks for your reviews) and make this bread again....especially using italian seasoning and olive oil. Thanks for the post Aronna!

Hmmm, this is a hard one for me to rate because I was unsure of the packet of chicken noodle soup mix.....I didn't want to put dehydrated veges in my homemade soup so I omitted it. Other than that, I followed the recipe, and again was unsure of the beef bouillon, but it seemed to work. I do think that the broth lacked the "chicken" flavor that my normal broth has, but it was well worth the shot. I cooked my pasta before adding it to the soup so it didn't consume all of the broth. LOVED this rice...and lucky I did because I doubled it to bring to a pig roast. I chopped the mushrooms (baby bellas) to hide them from the kids (which worked) and used a red and a yellow pepper. Chops were good too, I left off the salt...didn't miss it. I made the rice, then used the same pan to brown the chops...just to save the clean-up time. Great, easy recipe and thanks klj!

I liked the combo of flavors in this. I threw it in the crock pot with about a cup of chix broth, needless to say the whole oil part was skipped, but it came out wonderful. The addition of red pepper flakes and garlic powder sprinkled over this while serving is fab! Thanks Malonja!

Excellent!! We hemorrhage through giardiniera....especially when I make Italian beef. This recipe is fantastic...I opted to make 1 jar using diced veges and the other chopping (via processor) and making a "relish" which I use for pretty much anything from tuna salad to a bratwurst topping (I like the relish best). Hubby thought that this was great because it contained all ingredients from the garden (aside from the vinegar and oil). I used 11 jalapeno's and it wasn't overly hot...just the right bite. Thank you so much Phonetek....I will use this often!! 10+ stars.

This turned out very good. Hubby is at the Sox game so I thought it would be a nice change up for the kids (teens) and they really liked it. I used artichoke cheese ravioli and added some extra spices as well as brown sugar to the sauce to take away the "acidity" from the tomatoes. Other than that....well it being like lasagna....hello isn't ravioli like little lasagna's to begin with? This was much easier than lasagna, and it satisified the picky daughter that I have.Good easy recipe and thanks Pati!

Close to what my mom used to make for us...except she had some sort of ritz cracker topping sprinkled over the top....which I will do next time. I shredded the cheese and it worked well. After it cooled it became a bit thick, so I just added a dash more milk...perfect. Thanks Karen.
