Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND(r)
These are one of those ol' standbys, but I've never met anyone who didn't love them. Even people who don't like coconut seem to love these! Fast and easy, you can freeze these and they're awesome to eat even while frozen. In fact, I prefer them that way.

Herb Batter Bread
"This bread is the best bread in the history of bread." a quote from the hubby. I, too, used olive oil, added some Italian seasoning, and hand mixed with a wooden spoon just to avoid the trouble of cleaning the mixer. I doubled the recipe and am so glad I did. Perfect crispy crust, perfect fluffy and tender middle.

Green Bell Peppers stuffed with Tomato Lentil Couscous
This would have received 5 stars except that the peppers really should have been parboiled because I had to cook this forever to get the peppers even close to softened and that of course dries out the stuffing. I've read in other reviews indication that the recipe they saw had a heck of a lot more than 16 ounces of pasta sauce, but what I'm seeing right here doesn't. The point being, you need at least 24 ounces of sauce. All in all, great taste and I'll be making this again - and parboiling!
