Italian Bread I
I thought this was great. I made some substitutions because I didn't have everything - a combination of parmesan and port cheese (weird, I know, but it worked) instead of cheddar, and oregano instead of parsley. I also added sunflower seeds just for kicks. Very easy & I'd make again.

Wheat Crackers
A great recipe, and as other reviewers have said, a good base. I made the crackers as suggested, then spread them with olive oil before baking and sprinkled on toppings like sea salt, cumin and cayenne pepper. Mine needed a bit more baking to become crisp but I think I could have rolled them thinner.

Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies
I used dried cranberries and left out the orange zest. The dough seemed kind of sticky but they came out perfectly. Delicious!
