Slow-Roasted Beef for Sandwiches

Delicious. Have made it several times now. First night I serve it as a full meal with potatoes and veg. After that...great sandwiches. Wouldn't change a thing! Thank you!

Made just as directed...delicious! Had one of the butchers at Mariano's remove the bone for me. I was pleasantly surprised at the moistness and flavor of such a simple dish. Wouldn't change anything about this. Wonderful!

Holiday Chicken Salad

FINALLY a good chicken salad! Didn't use green peppers or pecans. Be careful of salt, as the mayo is salty. Poached chicken breasts with lots of celery, carrots and onions...gave chicken a really good flavor and the broth was delicious. Made 5 breasts and put one back in the broth!

Easy Slow-Cooked Chicken Cacciatore

SO delicious. I added italian seasonings, fresh ground pepper and a LARGE handful of fresh basil, and used 2 jars of sauce to serve over noodles or rice. I'll probably freeze any leftover sauce for something else! Mine was done after only 5 hours on low.

DELISH! Don't skimp on the mushrooms....I only had 8 ounces and thought I'd be fine...they are SO good, I was craving more!

Banana Banana Bread

I make bake these as muffins and add diced dried apricots and cranberries. Be careful, though...they bake very quickly as muffins. They also freeze well!
