Simple BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: May 19, 2013
This recipe produced the best ribs I have ever tasted! I like some other reviewers tips on making step one ahead and then storing in zip lock bags with the sauce for later (camping, traveling to friends, etc.) This is a keeper. I will experiment with spices, but will always use this method. Thank you!

We get a half pig from our parents each year so I've tried many pulled pork recipes - this is my new favorite for the simple ingredients and easy preparation.

Jerky Lover's Jerky - Sweet, Hot and Spicy!

Reviewed: May 24, 2006
Parents have an organic farm and we got a half a cow for Christmas... there's no way between the two of us we can eat that much meat, so I recently purchased a dehydrator and this is the first recipe I tried. I feel no need to search for additional recipes. This is perfect! Purchased mason jars and will make custom lables filled with this jerky to give as gifts... if there is any left :) Thank you!

Salmon with Tomatoes

Reviewed: May 22, 2006
I eat salmon often and this is a special way to serve it. Very rich, and like an alfredo, as another reviewer pointed out. I served with pasta instead of rice and used more garlic. Thanks for the recipe!

Buitoni's Garden Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 22, 2006
Made for mothers day BBQ and was very well received. It was much better the next day. I used a yellow pepper instead of green for color. Great salad, will make again.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Served for friends... very QUICK and easy. Beautiful presentation and best of all, it tasted great! Not bad on calories, either. I added a bit of sauted spinach for color.

Grilled Salmon with Habanero-Lime Butter

Reviewed: May 14, 2003
What a great combination - I love the spicy marinade with salmon! Grilled it up on my George Forman and turned out perfect! Will keep a supply of the butter on hand... was great on the veggies and rolls I had with the salmon. Boyfriend loved it. Hot! Hot! Hot!

The Way to a Man's Heart

Very tasty, but far too rich for our taste. Was a lot of work. Restaurant quality dish. I'm sure it would be a hit at a dinner party.

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2002
Very good, although it didn't seem cooked enough at one hour. The middle was still doughy. Very flavorful. May try again and add some pumpkin pie spice as recommended by another reviewer. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Pineapple Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2002
First time making bread. Turned out great, but was more of a cake consistancy rather than a bread. Was I suppose to drain the juice from the pineapple except for the reserved amount for the glaze? I didn't... maybe that was the problem. Very flavorful. Will make again. Glaze added special touch to the loaf. Thanks for sharing.

Sweet Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2002
Wonderful flavor. The gravy was WAY too thick. I ended up not being able to get all of the lumps of flour out, even adding more mil and apple juice. Overall, fantastic tasting, but would add only about a tablespoon of flour instead of the 1/3 cup the recipe called for. Chops were not dry at all, very tender.
