Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I could never make a satisfactory apple pie that was as good as my grandma's, until this one. Although much different than hers, she would be proud! Made it as is and it was perfect. I was skeptical about leaving out the spices, but my husband liked it much better this way. The apples and not the spice became the star.

Baked Ziti IV

I've made this twice now and have been asked for the recipe both times. This will be a sure hit in my recipe file. I used half beef and half italian sausage, ricotta cheese instead of cottage and on one occasion didn't have provolone so used monterrey jack. turned out just as good. also used sweet onions and cooked them slowly so the flavor comes out. sooo good! thanks.

Clone of a Cinnabon

These are what everyone says they are --delicious. I baked at 375 for 20 minutes in glass pan. Mine were cooked through and even a bit over done. Also, since I hadn't made cinnamon rolls in 20 years, I forgot to turn them out of the pan while still warm so all the goo is on the top! Mine stuck to the pan! Nothing a little rewarming couldn't fix though.
