Chinese Steamed Buns

I never rate these recipes, but this one was so good and consistently gives me perfect chinese buns that I had to rate it. It was amazing! As a twist: baked a meatloaf with lipton soup recipe, then crumbled it and stuffed the bread before steaming. It was AMAZING! Seriously the best thing I've ever made.

Spinach Turkey Roll

Our family really loved this whole idea. I didn't season it like they said though. We left out sauce, and used parmesan instead of mozzarella. We used dried sandwich bread instead of crumbs, and seasoned it with onions and Mrs. Dash -- reducing sodium. You can't mess it up. Just season it like you would any meatloaf an use the same procedure! I was surprised how it held together. What a neat concept! Passed this recipe on to many friends of my husband's at work, after he warmed it for supper they all started saying how good it smelled and wanted the recipe!
