Tonight, we are having my favorite slow-cooked pot roast recipe, which involves dry brown gravy mix, italian dressing mix, and ranch dressing mix. The first time we tried it, I thought the combination sounded really strange, but it turned out amazing.
I'm planning out meals for a balance of nutrition. I'm pregnant (16 weeks currently) and am trying to make sure folic acid is in my diet daily through natural sources, like romaine lettuce. I do break some pregnancy 'rules' like soft cheeses (I love feta on
salads) and I don't always warm my deli meat (living on the edge) but my meals are healthy and full of vitamins and minerals to feed the baby.
