Thank you for sharing your recipe. I took the advice from the other viewers by adding an extra egg, sauteed fresh spinach, garlic, portabella mushrooms, & sharp cheddar cheese. I used 3/4 c. of egg beaters as a substitute for the eggs. My husband kept saying it was delicious & he had two servings. Definitely, will be making it again?? You betcha ??

Buttermilk-Battered Calamari

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2014
Thank you for sharing the recipe. I made it for the first time on Christmas Eve and it was delicious. Next time I will take the advice from the other viewers to soak the calamari for two hours. This recipe came close to my husband and I's favorite Italian restaurant that serves fried calamari. In fact, my husband said this recipe was better than the restaurant.

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2014
This was my first time I made a prime rib and got it on sale too. I seasoning the meat and used butter and chopped plenty of garlic to get it ready for the oven. While it was cooking in the oven, my husband was working in the attic and could smell it and he was ready to eat. :) I explained to him in a couple of hours, we'll be eating. I was a little skeptical just like some others, but it turned out was scrumptious. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

I made this for my husband and I on Easter morning. Sautéed my broccoli, garlic, onions, and red peppers with olive oil. Beat the eggs and added half and half with salt and pepper and garlic powder. YUMMY and thank you for sharing and will definitely be making it again.

Thank you for sharing for your recipe. I did not have all the ingredients for the chili so I improvised. I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 3 cans of dark red kidney beans, 2 fresh jalapeños (no seeds), garlic and onion powder, and 1bottle of chili sauce. Oh, I added 3/4 of a bottle of beer. I took the advise from another viewer. And if you are wondering what happen to the rest of the beer.....it was put to good use. Bon Apetit ;)
