Let’s talk “Oven Temperatures”…   Unfortunately…350 degrees on the display or knob does not always mean 350 degrees inside the oven itself.  Most home cooks ovens can be off in temperature by 25 to 50 degrees.  Unless you have your oven calibrated regularly, I am betting that yours is off MORE
