Best Carrot Cake Ever
It really is the best carrot cake ever. I used 3 9" pans instead of 2 10" ones. Because my family likes cream cheese icing so much, the amount given was just enough for these two layers.

Apple Crisp Cups
Very labor intensive. I added a few cranberries left in the refrigerator and got rave reviews so it's worth the effort.
