Phenomenal. I baked them at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and they came out great.

The Best Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
Great flavor and consistency, but I felt like there was to much crust in comparison to the lemon filling.

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2012
Outstanding. Make sure you double the breading and use the butter in the sauce. I made two varieties: one spun in Frank's Buffalo sauce and the other spun in Sweet Baby Ray's original BBQ sauce. Both were delicious. The BBQ variety tasted just like Buffalo Wild Wing's boneless barbecue wings. I also made quite a few, so I froze leftovers without sauce. To reheat, I warmed the frozen chicken in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Savory Grilled Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2011
These potatoes are delicious! I have even made them in the oven by slicing the potatoes and spinning them in the ingredients, place the potatoes in a greased 9x13 pan and bake covered for 40 minutes at 450 degrees. Perfect for those days when it is too cold to grill.

Spicy Lime Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2011
So easy and so good! I used jumbo, raw shrimp and McCormick's Cajun seasoning. I scaled the Cajun seasoning back to 1.5 TBS because 3 TBS was VERY hot. I also soaked the skewers while the marinating the shrimp. This has become a regular in our household. Thank you!

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: May 28, 2011
I've used this recipes several times and it is delicious! I did one loaf with a little melted butter and brown sugar were added to the top in the last 15 minutes of baking (yummy), but my husband likes when I add 1/4 cup of chocolate chips to the batter. Great recipe.

Roasted Pears with Caramel Sauce

Reviewed: May 6, 2011
400 degrees caused the surrounding carmelized syrup to burn. Great flavor overall. I like serving mine with vanilla ice cream.

Rum-Spiked Horchata

Reviewed: May 6, 2011
Excellent. I followed the directions exactly and it tasted just like horchata should. It is good with or without the rum. I left the rum out and allowed people to add to it as they pleased. Well worth the time. I used the left over rice to make a rice pudding. Thank you for sharing!

Creamy Caramel Flan

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
Delicious recipe. I was able to spread the carmelized sugar easily by setting the cake dish on a stove burner as I poured the mixture. Unfortunately, when I flipped the flan over half of it stuck to the cake dish and the presentation was ruined. It tasted awesome though. I had some left over filling that I put in a separate cooking dish that I sprayed with Pam cooking spray. I drizzled the carmel topping on the TOP of the cooled flan and it was delicious with a great presentation. The next time I make this dish I will do it that way.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2011
Update (5/5/12): I have made this quite a few times and have finally perfected taste and spice. I place 2 lbs of thawed boneless chicken breasts in the crock pot with 1/4 bottle of Frank's Redhot Wings Sauce and drizzle with ranch dressing (instead of dry packet). Cook on low for 3 hours and shred. Add remainder of hot sauce and cook for 1 more hour. Add more ranch (to desired taste) and butter and serve. I like them with cheddar cheese on onion rolls or toasted hoagie rolls. Cooking with the entire bottle of hot sauce makes them very spicy.
