Blackened Chicken Pizza with Yellow Tomato Salsa

Very tasty. I used red tomatoes because they did not have any yellow at the store. Slightly healthier than regular pizza. Will make again.

This is an excellent recipe. I was worried because I made the dough the night before and pressed it into the tins and put them in the fridge overnight. I thought that the dough might stick to the pans and the quiches would be hard to get out...but it worked like a charm. The dough was delicious. I did my own thing with the fillings and just added the egg mixture on top. I will definitely make these again.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

This was so easy and delicious. I was a bit skeptical because it seemed too easy - but I fillowed the instructions exactly and my roast was perfectly cooked. I only gave it 4 start because I think it could have used a bit more seasoning...maybe garlic or onion powder. Other than that - it was perfect.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

I would give this 6 stars if I could. I took it to a party that had a bunch of fancier appetizers - but this dip was gone way before anything else!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

This is excellent. I use turkey sausage to cut down on fat - otherwise I follow the recipe exactly. Top with parmesan cheese - delicious!

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

This was delicious. I was worried that it seemed a little too simple to be that good, but the flavor was intense and the meat was tender. I served it with taco shells and my husband raved about it. I used a round roast instead of a chuck roast becaust it's a little less fatty. I will definitely make this again.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip is absolutely DELICIOUS!! I took it to a party and it was devoured. I followed the recipe exactly and used tortilla chips and celery. I will definitely make this again.

No-Fuss Cinnamon Cheesecake

This is easy and delicious. I wouldn't necessarily call it cheesecake - more like a cheese danish - but it's still very good. I added pecans on top and took it to a brunch. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe.

Hearty Mince

This was ok. My husband nailed it when he said it tasted like Hamburger Helper. It was decent and I'm glad I tried it- but I wouldn't go out of my way to make again.

Pinto Beans With Kielbasa

This was pretty good. It reminded me of another dish and I finally realized that it tastes just like jambalaya - without the chicken. Easy and good - but nothing special.

Jerk Chicken and Pasta

This was pretty good. I couldn't find jerk paste so I used jerk sauce. It lacked a little flavor - but that may be due to the sauce I used instead of the paste.

Barbecued Beef

Baked Onion Dip II

This dip is delicious! Everyone who tried it asked me for the recipe. The best part is that it is very, very easy to make. The second time I made it I was in a rush, so I baked it at 450 for less time and it turned out great. Yes, it is greasy, but I found that sopping up the grease up with a paper towel worked just fine.

This gets points for being different. It kind of tasted like a bacon hamburger. I don't think I bought the right cut of meat - which makes a difference. I couldn't find sirloin tip steaks that weren't already cut into chunks. I probably won't make this again, but it was worth trying once.

No-Fuss Meatballs

These were very good and easy to make. I bought pre-cooked meatballs and just put everything in a crock pot. Be careful when buying the chili sauce - the first time I made these the sauce I bought was extremely hot - which was not indicated on the bottle.

Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

Absolutely delicious and easy to make. My grocery store didn't have toffee bits, so I bought some Heath bars and crunched them up - which was great because it added some chocolate. If I do find toffee bits next time, I will add chocolate chips. I will definitley make these again.
