Creamy Chicken
This was so easy and really tasty! I used bl/sl thighs and seasoned them with Tony Cachera's and pepper. Also added broth and sour cream to the soup as suggested by the other reviewers, as well as a cup of frozen peas at the same time as the soup mixure. I served it over mashed potatoes. Everyone loved it, great base recipe that can be jazzed up to taste. Definately a keeper!

Fluffy Pancakes
So easy and delicious! I have made these several times in the past week. They come together so fast and taste great! No more pancake mix for us! I love using the vinegar method as opposed to buttermilk because I don't usually have buttermilk on hand. I do add a tsp of vanilla to the wet ingredients just out of preference. I also sift together the dry ingredients to add to the fluffiness. Just note that this yields about 8 pancakes, so unless you're having bacon, eggs, potatoes, etc, to go along with it, you'll want to double this recipe! This is a keeper!

Cabbage and Smoked Sausage Pasta
My low rating is for the dish prepared as published. It was very greasy and lacked flavor IMO. However, I made this again with a lot of my own adjustments and LOVED it! I only used a 1/4C. butter, no olive oil. I also browned the sausage first with a sliced onion, then removed the sausage and continued to cook the onion with the garlic and cabbage in the sausage grease/butter. The original recipe just lacked something and I couldn't figure it out really, but I did drizzle the whole thing lightly with soy sauce and BAM, it was delish! I will be making this again with the adjustments and love that it's very economical!
