Zucchini and Eggs

Reviewed: May 3, 2014
It was a delicious way to change up simple scrambled eggs. I am looking for ways to include more vegetables and this definitely will be a recipe I use often!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2013
Made it this weekend in my new crock pot my beastie got for me for my birthday. I am a self-admitted newbie when it comes to cooking so a crockpot is great! I went overboard on the chicken because I used Tyson trimmed and ready thin sliced chicken breasts, I just threw two packs in. And because my crockpot is small when I put in the biscuits an hour before it was done it kind of overflowed a bit, haha! Definitely newbie mistakes. All in all it turned out great! Next time I would definitely add some carrots and some type of seasoning, but I live in military barracks so I'm not really looking for a fine dining flavorful experience. This was great for me and my friends over the long holiday weekend.

Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2013
Have made this a few times for work pot lucks and for Thanksgiving last year. Everyone has enjoyed it, those who tried it. The most recent work potluck I couldn't make it in time and my boss was a bit upset, she is a picky eater and was looking forward to the salad! The only thing I changed was I didn't add the cheese. I feel it isn't needed.

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2012
Exciting! I will admit, this is my second dessert I have ever made and I am happy it came out so well! I made this recipe for a little luncheon at work and I was a bit nervous especially because I'm new at the place. Everyone liked it! You really can't mess this recipe up. However, I did by putting the cool whip in the freezer and having to deal with ice-creamy whipping haha. Oh, and I only had a spatula to mix with - no electric mixers of any kind but I managed to get the cream cheese decent after killing my hand! haha I will definitely be making this again!
