Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

This was great. I prepared it for our Sunday dinner. We also had mashed potatoes and asparagus with it. I bought Center cut pork loin chops that were about an inch thick.

BBQ Rib-Eye - You Won't Believe It!

This recipe turned out very well. I used 3/4 inch delmonico rib eye steaks. They were very juicy and tender. I used a sweet brown sugar BBQ sauce. The cooking time worked well for the size of steaks I bought. Great recipe!

Coconut Cream Pound Cake

This cake was very moist. I had to bake it for almost 2 hours. I think it might have been the pan I used. It was a bundt pan that was very heavy. Next time I will try a differnt pan. I will be baking it again.

Salmon and Spinach Fettuccine

This was the Valentines dinner I made for my husband.He loved it. I also used Cooked fresh salmon fillets on the George Foreman and added the baby bella mushrooms no capers. Excellent suggestion. Side salad rolls and a nice bottle of wine.

Taco Pizza

Very good recipe. I used my own dough recipe.I decided to make one beef and one chicken pizza. All I did was devided the seasoning mix in half to coat the two meats. Thanks for such an easy recipe.
