Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Loved this!! The dill sauce makes the dish. I would say however, I did not need salt and pepper along with the Cajun seasoning... it was WAY too salty for us. It may have been the brand of Cajun seasoning I used, LOUISIANA, which contained salt. Delicious otherwise!

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Finally, a recipe that is both easy and delicious! I used only 4 egg yolks (all I had), and it turned out great. Husband loved it. A keeper for sure. Thanks for the recipe.

Best Beef Dip Ever

Made this for hubby this week and he loved it. Sauteed onions in olive oil and then stirred onions in juice from meat and added a little swiss cheese. Dipped in juice and it was great! I did use 1/2 water and 1/2 beef broth. Goes into our family cookbook. Thanks for the recipe!

Cadillac Pimento Cheese

Wow, the cream cheese made the difference! I love the cayenne pepper also. I used regular cheddar cheese in place of the cheese product. Great taste. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Loved this chicken! Cooking time a little off for me. I took chicken out of oven at 4 1/2 hours and it was a little dry but tasted great. Next time I will cut back to 4 hours cooking time. Thanks for a great recipe.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
