Rich and Delicious Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
This is the best banana bread ever! After reading reviews, I did 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. Added 1/2 cup of milk and made muffins. They are so delicious. I am adding this to my recipe book!

Tuna Noodle Casserole IV

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
This was a pretty good recipe. I used 2 cups of Wacky Mac spiral pasta. I also added artichoke hearts and it was good. I wasn't usre if the canned milk was condensed or evaporated so I just poured regular milk until it was a creamy consistancy. I also mixed bread crumbs and the cheese in the mix as well as a little on top. I would make this again.

Yellow Squash Casserole

This recipe was amazing! I made it with zucchini just as written and I thought is was great. The Ritz crackers make it nice and crunchy. I will make this again soon.

Little Smokies

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2012
Loved it. Better than just bbq sauce and better than other things I've tried. I didn't have time for the crock pot so I just warmed them on the stove. Will make this again!

Pasta Carbonara

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2011
I thought this was just okay. I halved the recipe because it was just me and my husband. We both thought it needed more sauce. It was very dry and kinda bland. I added rotisserie chicken breast and some mushrooms and it was just okay. Probably wont make again.

Teriyaki and Pineapple Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
This was great! A little too spicy for our taste but still very good. I used real garlice instead of powder. I also had teriyake glaze/baste and it was fine. I left out the onions just because I didn't have any. I would definately make this again, but with less red pepper flakes.

Easy Sausage Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
I read all the reviews before making this recipe. I made it for my family on Christmas day and they all seemed to like it. I used 3/4 lb Jimmy Dean Sage sausage and I used the 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth in the recipe and thought it was moist enough. I would make it again.

Beefy Cheesy Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2012
I thought this was bland. The cheese didn't add much cheesy flavor. I liked the soy sauce but had to add a lot of soy sauce to make it edible. Don't think I will make this again.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
I am not a big stuffing person but I tried this and loved it! I used craisins.and a granny smith apple. I baked it separate from the turkey following the instruction others suggested. It was a hit at my house. The only critique was that they wished it was more congealed and stuck together better. They felt they were chasing the stuffing around the plate. But great flavor. I would make it again but maybe add some cream of something soup to hold it together better

Betsy's Poppy Seed Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
My husband and I really loved this recipe. I used only cream of chicken soup because my husband doesn't like mushrooms. I used country crock margarine/butter and it did fine. Also used reduced fat sour cream. The Ritz crackers made a nice crunchiness. Will make again and soon!

Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
I love this bread. I have made it twice before and both times turned out great. I normally just make 1 loaf. It tastes as good as the Le Brea jalapeno cheese bread I buy at the grocery store, but making it saves me about $5.

Classic Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
This is the best macaroni salad. I just love it. I used red peppers instead of green because I'm not a fan of green peppers. I used a little less sugar. I also added some green olives because I love them. I have made this several times and its always great! Thanks for the recipe!

Turkey Pot Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
This was so awesome!!! I made the crust from scratch and I think that helped make it even better. I also added a few leftover greenbeans. The only drawback was I put baking potatoes in the pie and according to online sources it isn't good to freeze something with baking potatoes. Bummer, but hope to eat the rest anyway.
