Caesar Salad Supreme

Man ! This is an AWESOME recipe ! It was so wonderful to find while I was pregnant and couldn't have raw eggs ( typically called for in most caesar recipes). This recipe is so good that even now that the little sweetheart is 16 months old, this is now MY caesar recipe. An added bonus, this dressing never breaks like my other one did. A great sauce for not only salads, but sandwiches too. For Atkins followers, a nice treat is to rip up bite sized pieces of romaine and place on a platter around a bowl of this dressing ( dip). Now you have something to snack on during the movie while the others have their chips etc !

Delicious Apple Sauce

Kind of a pain in the butt to shred the apples, and wayyyyy too much cinnamon. I will never make it this way again.

Corny Scrambled Eggs

Although I've only given this recipe 4 stars, I turned it into a 5 star recipe ( I think) by using kenal corn ( fresh or frozen) 3 Tbls cream cheese, and some green bell pepper and some onion to the mix. Top it off with some shredded cheddar and some diced red bell pepper on top. Very pretty and tasty! Delicious stuffed into a pita or on a croissant or on a bagel.

Very fine recipe. I used vermouth in place of the white wine and canned plum tomatoes. Imagaine my shock, when even the kids said " This is good ! "

Zesty Porcupine Meatballs

This recipe helped me with the porcupine meatballs my mama mada. The only difference, I think is that Mama used tomato sauce as opposed to the tomato soup called for in this recipe. It really does make a big and better difference. I'd also encourage you to make extra sauce in which to cook the meatballs. You can NEVER have enough sauce !

Angel Chicken Pasta

REALLY REALLY good chicken recipe. I used sherry ( 1/2 cup ) instead of wine. Also used vermecelli pasta ( as my store didnt have angel hair ) and topped it with sauteed mushrooms. Such little work for so much praise. A keeper.
