Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
This is a really good recipe as written! My family, including two teenagers, all like this one! We prefer the broccoli florets, but that's not material to my review. I've never seen teenagers enjoy broccoli more!

Orange Cake
So I've baked this cake twice now... The first time, after reading several of the reviews, I used vanilla pudding instead of lemon, orange extract instead of lemon extract, AND I added the orange zest. Oh no, no, no! That was WAY too "orangy!!" The second time I made it, I changed only two things from the original - I used vanilla pudding and I changed the name of the recipe on my printed copy to "Citrus Cake"! That one was good!

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
My son found this recipe and wanted to give it a try. We did, and now, it is a family favorite! We followed the recipe just as it is written with only one exception. We reduced the amount of cayenne pepper to 1/2 teaspoon. Now I like spicy food and would probably use the full teaspoon IF I was the only one eating (thus the five star rating!), but it would be much too spicy for the rest of my family. It is still somewhat spicy with 1/2 teaspoon so be careful with that one ingredient and you will LOVE this recipe!
