So I've baked this cake twice now...
The first time, after reading several of the reviews, I used vanilla pudding instead of lemon, orange extract instead of lemon extract, AND I added the orange zest. Oh no, no, no! That was WAY too "orangy!!"
The second time I made it, I changed only two things from the original - I used vanilla pudding and I changed the name of the recipe on my printed copy to "Citrus Cake"! That one was good!
