This was a very good and easy recipe. Next time I will use cooking string instead of toothpicks. I added a seasoned buttermilk and egg mixture dip and dusted with flour and Panko.
Since the chicken had a crust, when I covered it for 20 minutes, the crust became moist. But is was still good with the sauce. And as some others suggested, I used chicken broth instead of wine.
All in all, it was a nice dish. My daughter cut into hers and said..."Wowwww, mine has a surprise in it!!!"
