Sweet and Spicy Roasted Almonds
My first batch turned out good but not spicy enough. My second batch was sweet and it wasn't until you finished chewing and swallowed before the spicyness hit. They were goooood. I making my third batch now. If almonds weren't so stinkin expensive I'd make more!!! They are very high in protein and nutritious (or at least in my mind they're nutritious :-)... great snack tho.

Butter Cream Frosting II
I got some cupcakes from WalMart. I really liked the icing. Instead of getting some more, I decided to make my own. I had never attempted butter cream icing....until now. I thought this was a nice icing. The recipe is super easy. Im impressed. I will be making this again.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This was a very good and easy recipe. Next time I will use cooking string instead of toothpicks. I added a seasoned buttermilk and egg mixture dip and dusted with flour and Panko. Since the chicken had a crust, when I covered it for 20 minutes, the crust became moist. But is was still good with the sauce. And as some others suggested, I used chicken broth instead of wine. All in all, it was a nice dish. My daughter cut into hers and said..."Wowwww, mine has a surprise in it!!!"
