This recipie was a huge success for us at Christmas. It was simple to make, and very flavorful. The mairnade did make the meat tender and added a succulent flavor. I even made a rue with the left over juice by adding a little flour that topped off the whipped potatoes perfectly! Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!!

Clark's Quiche

I LOVED this quiche!! This is the first time I made a quiche and it turned out fantastic!! I made it Christmas morning and it warmed my Soul!! I love the combination of flavors. I've been thinking of ways to lighten it up by maybe using lite ingredients (lite sour cream, half/half and cheese). The quantity of ingredients split evenly to make two full quiches. It was DIVINE!! Thanks for sharing this wonderful meal!!
