Marinated Flank Steak

I thought this was really good! I used it to make steak fajitas. Next time i may use lime juice instead of lemon to see how that changes to flavor. Thank you for posting!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Wow! I love chicken tacos and these are awesome! I substituted Apple Cider Vinegar for the red wine vinegar since that's what I had on hand. I also used one whole lime and cut up half a vidalia onion instead of using green onions. Thanks for sharing this easy and delish recipe!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delicious! I left out the oats since I wanted a more classic chocolate chip cookie. This one was perfect. It's definitely a keeper! One thing to note is that these cookies do spread out quite a bit in the oven so make sure you don't put your cookies too close together.

Oven BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

I LOVED this! The only change I made to the original recipe was I left out the water (based on the reviews I read). Also, i didn't have dry mustard on hand so I substituted it with regular mustard (1 tsp dry mustard equals 1 TBSP prepared mustard). DELICIOUS. Thank you for sharing!

Avocado Pasta Salad

Lemon Trout

Really good!!! I had 1 lb of rainbow trout; I'm cooking for myself and my husband. I used 1/2 cup of flour and then simply halved the spices. I did lay the trout in lemon juice for about 4 minutes and then discarded the juice. I think i used about 3 tablespoons of oil to pan fry the trout. My husband and I both loved this recipe and am so glad we tried this. I will make it again!

Grandma's Homemade Banana Bread

I love, love, love this recipes. I do use 3 bananas and mashe them up. I add 1C chopped walnuts and add 1 teaspoon Cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. DELICIOUS. I bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Thank so much for sharing!

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

I attempt fudge every year around Christmas time. THIS recipe is by far the best and easiest! Once you have a rolling boil on Med heat set you timer for 7-8 minutes as that is the perfect cook time. :)

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

I loved this recipe! I've made it 3 times. I used jalopanos instead of green chiles. I also cut down on the sugar (i only used 3/4C) and butter (i only used 3/4C) as it was originally a bit too sweet and greasy. After making those simple changes the cornbread was PERFECT. :)

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I very much enjoyed this recipe. I used HOT enchilada sauce and the soup turned out with the perfect amount of hotness. Not too hot, but hot enough. Thank you for sharing.

Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Wonderful recipe! I cut down on the OJ, and used brown sugar instead of white sugar. Other than that I followed the recipe as is. I use this as my staple side dish for the holidays! Thank you Milena!
