Potato Chips
I saw this recipe and thought 'sure, in the Microwave" then I decided what the heck, it'll only cost me 1 potato & a little grease to try it. So I did. They were great. I watched them closely the first batch because I wasn't sure what power my microwave is. (it's 1200 I have found out) So yummy. Reminds me of some you get at fairs, maybe because when they cook the smell of that grease is so "fair like". Anyway, for people that live by themselves and do not like to by a bag of chips and most get stale before you finish them - THIS IS FANTASTIC. You just cook the amount you want and have fresh good chips. I had a "V" sliced that I got at the State fair last summer, used the "Thin" side and they cut perfectly. Let my sister taste some when she stopped by and the next Saturday, we had to run to the Outlet mall and get a slicer for her. Very good and fun to make too. Thanks

Land of Nod Cinnamon Buns
YUMMY! Thank you Shannon. My mom had tried one something like this where you rolled the frozen dough in butter, cinn & sugar. She said it wasn't good at all. Gave her some of these fresh out of the oven and ALL agree that they are delicious! So I gave her a copy of THIS recipe. I used pecans instead of raisins. You could probably add most your favorite "add ons" to this and it would still be great. Thanks again.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
Really love this recipe. We do make 2 round pizzas out of it. The crust is sooo good. A friend I have goes to tons of trouble making pizza crust. Gets the high gluten flour and all, this one is so easy with ingredients that everyone has on hand. Thanks
