Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I loved this recipe. Very easy and delicious. I had to leave out the Italian ground sausage because I did not have it on hand nor the oregano, however I had Italian seasoning which had the oregano in it. I cut the recipe in half because I live alone, but used the same amount of beer. Wow! I also decided to add a can of Margaret Holmes Triple Succotash. It is still simmering, but I took some Italian bread and dipped it in the chile and oh my!

Pork Chops Italiano
I tried to add a photo because it was just beautiful, but I guess it didn't fit the AllRecipes requirements. This dish just as written is perfect. I used Italian stewed tomatoes with boneless chops and it turned out tender and tasty. I made some roasted potatoes, carrots and asparagus to go with it. Yum. A keeper.

Braised Corned Beef Brisket
All I can say about this recipe is AWESOME! I have never liked the boiled corned beef... (I love corned beef) and have always done it in the oven, but this is the one that tops the charts! I did not have any browning sauce, so just peppered it as some reviewers said, then after browning the brisket, brushed some horseradish mustard with a dab of honey mixed in on it, scattered the onion and garlic slices on it, covered it tightly and put it in the oven for 3 1/2 hrs (only had a 2 1/4 lb flat cut brisket). It turned out to die for! Will never do corned beef any other way again!
