Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Great Recipe. Very simple to make. The only chsnge I made was to halve the amount of mayo (used low-fat mayo) and it still tasted great.

I modified it by adding plain yogurt and adding baking soda as past reviewers stated. I couldn't get mine to rise that well, but it still turned out decent. I would definitely recommend pan frying instead of baking. Baking leaves it too coarse with little flavor. I didn't have a grill to use so the pan served me well.

Indian Chicken Curry II

I made it exactly as the recipe stated and it was a very good but it was spicy. I had to put in some extra yogurt to make it more mild. Make sure to shake the can of coconut milk before using in the recipe.

Lemon PHILLY Cupcakes

The cupcake itself was good but it didn't have much flavor to it, it just tasted like a regular yellow cake. The frosting was the problem with me, it made way too much and melted if you left it at room temperature instead of in the refrigerator (this might be because I used fat-free cream cheese so my review might be biased).

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

Love this dish! It is so easy and it looks and tastes awesome! Just make sure to flavor the spinach mixture with spices otherwise the dish is pretty bland.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are the most indulgent, satisfying cookies ever! I always substitue ghiradelli milk chocolate chips for the semi-sweet. Seriously delicious cookies!

Chicken Tikka Masala

I only added 2 tea of salt to the entire recipe and the final product still tasted really salty! The cumin was the major turnoff for me in this recipe. I was very disappointed.

Creamy Spinach Tortellini

Very bland. If you decide to make it please add additional spices such as garlic salt, onion powder, italian seasoning, etc. Turned out all right but definitely not worth the calories.

Mini Cheesecakes I

Great recipe. This is the best way to eat cheesecake! They do disappear really fast so make sure you make enough for everyone and make sure to refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Pesto Cream Sauce

Versatile, tasty recipe. I made this without the shrimp or mushrooms and it still turned out great both times I made it. The only thing I would change is the amount of cheese. The first time I made it I halved the recipe and used 5oz of kraft parmesan cheese and it was really good, but the second time when I used 3/4 cup for another halved recipe it became clumpy. Still when you add the tomatoes it all ends well.

Lime Spareribs

My sister and my very picky cousin loves this simple recipe, I just thought it was okay. The good part is it makes a lot of sauce so you can use it as a gravy for a side of mashed potatoes. The taste is kindda sour not really sweet (after all they're called lime spareribs). Good overall recipe, thanks Christine!
