Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
This is a great recipe! I like to add about 1/2 cup of extra cocoa, because I am a chocolate fanatic. For those complaining that the cookies spread out too much while baking, the solution is simple - just don't melt the butter. Leave it at room temperature and cream it with the sugar, making sure they combine to a light and fluffy consistency before adding the rest of the ingredients. You can also chill the dough before baking, as others have suggested. When I make this recipe, the cookies hold their shape while baking.

Thick Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
Awesome cookie dough! I added some walnuts and used mint chocolate chips. I love walnuts and so do my family. I got 63 cookies out of this exact recipe. They spread nicely when they bake, though I found I was better off smooshing the balls slightly.

Chocolate Banana Bread
I made this tonight and all I want to add to the wonderful reviews is that I used whole wheat flour and it still turned out great! (I try to sneak extra fiber in for us whenever I can) I didn't tell my husband and he didn't notice the difference. I also added about a cup of freeze dried strawberries and walnuts and called it banana split bread. Although, as many other reviewers have stated, it turns out more like cake than bread. Moist, wonderful cake. Great recipe, it adapts well to changes and additions.
