Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2011
This was fabulous! Used peaches in lite syrup and sprinkled 1/4 cup of brown sugar over the top to make it crunchier, and grated a stick of butter from the freezer. I did cut up the peaches into little bite-size chunks, right there in the glass dish. This just couldnt be easier, and it tastes like you slaved over it. Thanks for sharing!

This was delicious and super easy with a rotisserie chicken from the store! The noodles were not that difficult, the waiting was hardest! I did let them dry a good hour after i made them. We will make this again! Thanks for sharing.

Baked Ham

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
Moist, delicious ham! We made this recipe today for Easter, along with the Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole recipe by Tina B. This was super easy, my ex marinated the ham in the soda the night before, added the brown sugar, and close the bag again. We cooked it low and slow, and it was wonderful. I bought a fairly inexpensive store-brand ham, and this recipe made it so tender. Thank you for sharing this simple, terrific recipe, Mary. We will definitely make this again!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
This was wonderful, thank you for sharing, Tina. We made this today for Easter, and it was a big hit. I followed recommendations and baked the potatoes in the oven yesterday and scooped out the middles after they cooled. I used only a 1/4c brown sugar in the potatoes, and whole wheat flour in the topping, which was very tasty with the pecans. Everyone loved these potatoes, they are much tastier than the marshmallow-style casseroles that used to be on every holiday table. We'll be using this recipe from now on.

Awesome Easy Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2011
This was very good. My son cleaned his plate. I turned the heat up a little higher and watched it carefully after a half hour and saw it start to thicken quickly. Just read the nutrition info - will try again with half and half and spinach.

Soft Sandwich Buns

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2011
Oh my gosh were these great! Used 1 cup of whole wheat flour, cut the sugar in half and added a couple squirts of honey. Used my new KA mixer and amazed my son. Thanks for the great recipe Lesa, and thanks Mariam for adapting the recipe from bread machine to mixer/processor. Can't wait to make 'em in small size for Thanksgiving.

Country Apple Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2011
My son and I made these the other night and enjoyed them very much! We cut the sugar and butter down, and used a little more of the (CallofDuty cherry citrus) Mtn Dew so they were a rather vivid orange color but they were marvelous. We can't decide if we liked them better hot fresh and crunchy or leftover the next day when the sauce thickened up and the dough soaked up the buttery sugary goodness. Yep, we'll make these again! Thanks for sharing this tasty treat!

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2011
Pardon my manners for not writing sooner. This dish was terrific! Simple and very flexible. We used some kind of whole grain noodles and my mom and I both thought it was wonderful, thank you for sharing this spicy little recipe. I'm making it again this weekend, and I plan to dig out that little gadget that makes very thin strands of veggies so I can add carrots and maybe some cucumber on top.

Basic Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2014
This worked out great for us, the secret is definitely letting the dough rest. My son helped make them for his 1st anniversary with his GF. We used the Kitchenaid to mix the dough, and the pasta attachments to roll and then cut into fettuccine noodles. What a special dinner. Thanks for this perfect pasta recipe.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: May 13, 2012
Delicious!! We tried this last night with some chicken tenders I found in my freezer and defrosted, thinking they were breast cutlets. It was windy so we baked them in the oven, they were moist and tasty. Family polished off all the chicken and rice- I will cook more next time, out on the grill if it's not too windy. I know my son will be asking me to make this all summer long. Thanks for sharing!

Zucchini Souffle with Monterey Jack Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2014
This gets 5 stars because it's so easy, and very adaptable! This time I added a chopped, seeded jalapeño & some finely chopped onion, and topped with a little salsa. It was very tasty. Oh- and I doubled the bisquick & added 1/4 cup of milk to make it fluff up a little more this time. My sister used goat cheese and thyme as her herb-cheese combo. We love this recipe idea, thanks for sharing.
