Hello out there... I want to make the Guinness Chocolate Cheesecake but I have a question... Why do you have to put the spring form pan in water to cook it? I never did that before, I'm just curious about what it does.

Has anyone made the "Cheesy Zucchini Rounds"? I don't like Microwaving and I was wondering if this dish would be good if made it in oven.
