Chicken Tikka Masala
WHOA, SALT. So, my friends know that I occasionally make food, and asked me to make this recipe. I obliged, but was horrified when I tasted it.
SO MUCH SALT. Too much. I honestly didn't want to eat this, even after cooking for 2.5 hours and promising my friends a decent meal. Man, was that embarrassing.
I chose this recipe because of all of the high ratings, but once I read through them (after the fact) most of the higher ratings note that the salt portions are WAY too high. I have an issue with that. (If it had too much salt, your rating should show it).
Anyhow. I'm obviously bitter at the moment. $50+ worth of money wasted simply because of too much salt. My friends ate it and insisted that it was the "best indian food they have had..." which only made the situation more awkward. Because I also have a sense of taste, and know just how horrible this was.
