Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is awesome! I brought some cookies into work and people were asking for seconds. I'm not a big sweets person and I couldn't stop eating them. The recipe was very easy and the cookies came out perfect. If I could I'd rate this recipe a 10.

Baked Scallops

Eggplant Parmesan II

This recipe was delicious. My only suggestion would be to make sure that if you use 3 eggplants, they should be small and use 2 eggplants if they are of larger size. I found that this was even better after letting it sit overnight.

Vegan Refried Beans

I found that this recipe is geared toward tomato-lovers. For those who want a less tomatoey refried beans recipe, my suggestion would be to cut back on the amount of tomato paste used. Otherwise, it was quick and easy.
