Tilapia with Creamy Sauce

I found this recipe to be pretty good, with a few major changes. While I did use lemon on the tilapia itself, I totally omitted it from the dill sauce. I used a little chicken stock instead of milk to thin the sauce; this keeps the creaminess factor while adding more flavor. I put the fish on a bed of brown rice, and drizzled the sauce over the whole thing, and it was tasty!

Delicious Sweet and Buttery Bananas

I gave it a four, because, while it was still pretty good, I had to make a huge adjustment: the Sugar. 1 cup was entirely too much. I didn't have maple sugar, so I used brown sugar (not even 1/4 cup). I also added a few drops of lemon to the brown sugar mixture as it cooked. I had mine with vanilla ice cream, and it was great!
