Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

We had this tonight for dinner and it was fantastic! It was unbelievably moist and full of flavor. I used a fresh, small diced onion instead of the dried minced onion. I also added some minced garlic. Like several of the other reviewers suggested, I doubled the sauce. After exactly 5 hours on my crockpot's low setting, the inserted meat thermometer read 160 F and it was done. This meatloaf does not disappoint, and we're looking forward to the leftovers.
