Venison Meat Loaf
My husband loved this recipe. I found it a little soggy. But I fine most meatloaf to be soggy. It didn't hold its shape very well. We like to make meatloaf sandwiches for leftovers and it was hard to use this meat loaf for that because it crumbled too much.

Stuffed Peppers
I grew up eating stuffed bell peppers and so I wanted to try making them myself! This recipe is wonderful and my husband asked me to make them again soon. Some one had said to blanch the peppers before cooking them and I did. They were great! I can remember the peppers being a little soggy when my mom made them and this time they had a better texture. :)

Pumpkin Cheesecake II
This is by far the best cheese cake I've ever had. My husband loves it. I wouldn't change anything about this recipe. I do have problems with it cracking, but I just cover it up with some cream and it looks as good as it tastes. :)
