Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I made this recipe for my family and co-workers and everyone loved it. I added a bit of vanilla and didn't add ginger as I didn't have any. I used store brand pumpkin puree. I used allapice instead of cloves. It needed atleast an hour of bake time but other than that, this recipe is great.I was actually overwhelmed by the requests from my co-workers for me to bake more. Love it!

Butterscotch Bread Pudding
Great recipe. I only used 1/4 cup of butterscotch chips because I didn't want it too sweet. Even so, may reduce the brown sugar by 1/4 cup and eliminate the butterscotch chips altogether. I used a tin of evaporated milk (2 cups) and then 2 cups of whole milk. The consistency was great. I divided the mixture in half and baked in 8 in square pans. I only baked one for about 30 minutes and the other for 45 minutes. I actually preferred the one baked for 30 mins because it was moister but my son liked the one baked longer. Either way, this is a great recipe and is now my go-to recipe for bread pudding.

Amish White Bread
This is my 'go-to' white bread recipe. I have made it several times and it comes out great each time. This last time I made them into dinner rolls and also clover-shaped rolls (put 3 dough balls in a muffin tin so when the raise they resemble a clover leaf, really fancy looking!). I use my standing mixer with dough hook and it makes kneading effortless. When I made the rolls I let the dough rise much longer for the last rising and they came out so light that my co-workers were amazed at my culinary skills. Little did they know how easy this recipe is to follow.
