Very disappointing. While easy to make, with limited ingredients, it stuck to the pan and came out both too moist and with very little flavour. Pity as this was supposed to be for my sons birthday. His two favourite flavours.

Uncle Bill's Sweet and Sour Sauce

Excellent recipe. Made minor alterations (salt reduced, no msg) Little bit more sour then sweet, but still good and sticky. Kids loved it.

Pizza Pasta

I added green pepper and didn't follow the exact amounts (family of five here), but it turned out wonderful! I have a generally picky family and they're all in love with it. Also very easy on the dishes..one pot, one pan and the baking dish..much nicer than many other recipes!

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

I altered this recipe for a diabetic. 2 Tblsp. of liquid Sweet N Low and a bit of flour replaced the sugar. Cookies came out soft, light and absolutely wonderful!!!

Buttermilk Pancakes I

Nice, light pancakes with a wonderful flavour! DH had them with just butter and for a picky man, he's in heaven. Kids enjoyed them too. I didn't measure how much buttermilk I put in, and doubled the recipe.
