Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Buckeyes I

Perfect the way it is! Sweet, but not too sweet, in my opinion. Because they're small, I think they *can* be a little sweeter. Very good. Everyone loved them at Christmas.

The Best Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

I hate to be the party pooper, but I thought this was just OK. For me, it needed a little more kick -- more oomph -- not sure what. Was a little bland for my taste. Will probably keep looking for another recipe.

Shrimp Linguine Alfredo

Awesome recipe! Only thing I changed was to stir in the Parmesan while the sauce cooked, plus I had to add corn starch to thicken it (which can become lumpy, so I try not to add too much). Top with some extra Parmesan. Excellent, even reheated.

Sorry, not sure if I did something wrong, but I went by the recipe, and these just did not have as much flavor as I was expecting. Pretty bland. Won't be making again.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Husband liked it, but I thouhgt it was just OK for the effort. I was expecting more flavor -- more of a kick, maybe. Not bad, but not great. I doubt we'll make this again. Unless we add some other herbs/spices to kick it up a bit.

Luscious Chocolate Truffles

I followed this recipe exactly, and they turned out to be (to us) little balls of fudgy sugar. They were so sweet and rich we could barely finish one! Not sure if that's what truffles are supposed to be, but I won't be making this again.
