I'm a stay at home wife/mother. Been married for nearly two years. Our first daughter, Gwen, was born 2/21/2010 and our second daughter, Amelia, is due early May 2011. Life is fantastic and I enjoy it every day! I love to surprise my husband with new dishes. Things that we ordinarily wouldn't cook... or order in a restuarant... to broaden our horizens. And, if I see a smile across the table, I know it was a success. Basically, the only cooking tradition we have is if someone is cooking, be it me or my husband, no one is allowed to be snooping in the kitchen. Get out and be surprised! I think I am most proud of my cheesecakes. They come out beautiful every time. I am completely unable to make a decent pie! I have no idea what happens but they come out terrible every time!
