Great Garlic Bread
I found it too dry, its better when you dont melt the butter and use fresh garlic with dried parsley then butter the bread then bake, that way the bread will be crunchy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside, this was more like toast that tasted garlicy!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
nice cookies, i just think 15- 17 min is too much, it wont be chewy enough, 12 min for baking is good, immediately after taking it out of the oven you would think its not backed enough, but it is, wait till its cool, that way you will have a nice chew to it. they do taste good, i was surprised with the comments saying they wer caky, i dont think that would be possible with these ingredients, it would need milk in order for it to make it cakey. x

Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie)
restaurant quality no doubt, it was perfect and so rich and creamy, this recipie is a keeper. I added only fetta cheese 1 and a half cup. I also thought walnuts would go with it as an option, a nice crunch to it. x Thank you. x
