I used fresh herbs, doubled the amount of apples and onion. My husband and I loved this. The kids (5 and 3 yrs old) didn't like the gravy, they thought it was too sweet. I will definitely do this again.

Triple the Ginger Cookies

Apart from leaving the dough (I left it overnight), these are really easy to make. I loved the chewy texture and will definitely make these again, though I would not bother with the fresh ginger, I'd just use more crystallised ginger. Excellent!

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

Having read the reviews, I toasted the bread, cut the mayo down and didn't add any water. We all loved this, but next time I would only use half the bread (I ended up with a double layer!).

Southern Chicken Salad

The chicken is beautifully tender, the overall taste is dill (I could not taste the buttermilk). I found it a little too "mayonnaisey", next time I will use half mayonnaise and half sour cream. My husband loved it.

Taco Casserole

I loved the taste but didn't like the texture because of the tacos. Next time I would omit them and serve with tortilla chips. We found it served 4-6.

Feta Cheese Foldovers

I too added chopped black olives and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Very quick, easy, tasty. Even my picky 5 year old daughter loved them. Wonderful!

Chicken Enchilada Dip

Sour Cream and Chive Rolls

I thought these were a little too sweet but my husband and 5 year old daughter loved them. I shaped them into normal rolls which I thought were more practical. Next time I would leave the sugar out.

Made these for me and my husband last night. We both think they're sensational; really tasty. Only problem, like for all garlic recipes, is your breath when you wake up next morning! Oh well, it definitely won't stop us having them again!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
