Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2013
Great recipe! I love that it only uses a Tbsp. of oil. I was wanting to use up some PB2 I had on hand so I added a handful of that instead of peanut butter. I also added an extra banana. It came out very moist and yummy. The flavor was great. Thanks for the recipe!

Vegan Split Pea Soup I

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2012
This is the best soup I have made so far! I usually use 1/2 broth and 1/2 water and that makes it super flavorful! It is so forgiving too. Try it even if don't have all the ingredients.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2011
These are simply delicious. Follow the directions to a T and you will not be disappointed. The muffin itself is moist and light and the crumb topping is just stinkin' delicious! I've made these several times and tonight I subbed 1/4c of whole wheat for white flour and they came out just as delicious. Every time I make these it makes 12 servings/muffins though, not 10.

Potato Chips

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
Skeptical, but was happily proved wrong! These suckers come out tasting like chips. Followed the recipe and use the cooking spray as some suggested. I have a newer microwave and about 3-3/12 minutes was more than enough. 15 seconds definitely made a difference when cooking them. I wish my microwave were bigger so I could make more of these at a time!
