Coconut Pecan Frosting I

Worth the work to make. This is an excellent recipe and our whole family faves about the icing whenever I make this recipe.

I thought this recipe was excellent. It took well to minor tweaks in the ingredients. (i substituted pumpkin puree for the oil, and added 2 teaspoons of cinnamon to the icing). Perfect the very first time!

Coconut Cream Pie III

I think this is an execellent recipe. I made the recipe as written and it came out as perfect as any pie I have ever made. It didn't have any leftovers, and people asked for the recipe. Super easy to make!

Shoofly Pie II

The only thing I did not like about this recipe is the pie has a stronger than expected prominent taste of molassas. I reccomment cutting the amount of molassas down by 1/3. Otherwise I loved this recipe. Great texture, super easy to make, a real crowd pleaser.

Classy Green Bean Casserole

This re4cipe converted my husband to a green bean casserole lover. I too was never much for green bean casserole until I tried this recipe. The crackers on top tend to burn on me, so I simply add a little cheese instead. My husband's family nominated me as the NEW green bean casserole maker for the holidays. They all love this recipe.

Rich Dark Kisses Tiger Cookies

This is an amazing cookie recipe! It took top honors over our family's perrenial favorite (which is usually choc chip cookies). This cookie is so EASY to make, as well as attractive. I made them without the choc kiss, and my family still raved about them!

Asian Coleslaw

The peanut butter in the recipe is essential. BUT!! its very true that once you make this recipe it doesn't TASTE like there's any peanut butter in it. Also I found that mincing the fresh giger through the garlic press helped alot. Don't use pwodered ginger. Its just not the same. I loved this recipe!! one if the best I've found on this site
