Just wonderful! I've used whole eggs, a little less melted butter and they turned out great! Don't worry about lumps in the mix - you can't tell or taste once the batter is cooked. This batter worked great - I was able to flip crepes without the spatula! Will make again, definitely!

Anniversary Chicken I

Was excellent. Next time I will marinate the chicken in the Teriaki sauce before hand, for more flavor. Had not Ranch dressing, only sour cream on hand and it was great! Will make again!

Blueberry Peach Muffins

YUMMIE! These were so good, my husband took some to work and people wanted to place orders! :) The batter itself is so good, you can try any fruit combination you like. Will definitely make again.

Apple Muffins

Was okay, but will not make again. Muffins are a little to thick and massive for my taste. Not fluffy enough, although my husband liked them. Will use the Peach & Blueberry recipe next time and simply add apples.

Hot Honey Chicken

Was a little too spicy - next time we'll use less hot sauce, but other wise extremele tasty. I cooked the sliced chicken in a pan and poured all the sauce in with the chicken. The sauce thickens as it cooks and it's great on rice or noodles. Toss in your favorite veggies and it's great! Will definitely make again.
