Hot Fudge Sauce
Just made this and ate it over ice cream. OMG nice and thick, chocolaty and creamy. I will be making this all summer long. Time to get my ice cream maker out.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
This chicken was excellent, did bake on a rack. Followed the recipe exactly, added chicken broth to pan while baking and made excellent gravy. Will be making this often.
