Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette

This was good but I wanted it a little sweeter and flavorful so used equal parts honey and balsamic. I also added salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. This improved the taste tremendously!

Fried Apple Pies

The pastry turned out good but the filling turned out hard. I tried to cook the apples long enough for them to get soft enough to mash.. they never did. instead the sugar became candied. maybe I will try with a different kind of apple next time

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

Absolutely delicious! Exactly the texture I was looking for. My very first success at a pound cake. Yea!! I drizzled with caramel, which was still good, but could have just left it alone. Hint: heat slices 20 seconds in the microwave at 50 % power for an extra special treat!
